Fresh Ravioli Making Workshop

Learn how to make fresh ravioli in this hands-on workshop. You will learn the essentials of making an easy, egg-based pasta dough, how to sheet the dough and and how to cut it into ricotta-filled ravioli. We will review ingredients, tips & tricks during the mixing and sheeting steps, and learn about the endless possibilities you can make from a pasta sheet. You will go home with fresh-made raviolis, sheeted and unsheeted pasta dough, and a recipe.

Class will include:

  1. Ingredients for the dough.
  2. Ingredients for the ravioli filling.
  3. Methods for sheeting the pasta.
  4. Tips and tricks to fix your dough during mixing and sheeting steps.
  5. The best dough thickness for the pasta you’re making.
  6. Methods for making ravioli.
  7. Filling and cutting ravioli.
  8. The endless possibilities of ravioli filling.
  9. The endless possibilities of pasta you can make from a pasta sheet.

You are welcome to bring your own wine or beverage to enjoy.
