Located within the Broome County Regional Farmers Market, the kitchen provides licensed space, equipment, and resources to help you produce and scale your food products.

This kitchen is ideal for:

• Food entrepreneurs launching a new product
• Caterers and small food businesses looking to expand production
• Farmers Market vendors preparing for weekly sales

Members have access to:

• Fully equipped 1,700 sq ft commercial kitchen space
• Flexible rental tiers based on production needs
• Shared storage (walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage)
• 24/7 access with manager approval
