Family & Parenting

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County has a long history of offering strength based curriculum and trainings focused on strong families in our community. We have partnerships with a variety of community agencies to provide these services, including: Town of Union (for parenting classes) and Department of Social Services (for mandated parenting classes). These are offered through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and through virtual learning options.

Parenting classes are offered at a number of different organizations within The Town of Union. Cornell Cooperative Extension-Broome County can customize classes for groups or individuals at off-site locations or via Zoom using the following strength-based curriculum.
