ServSafe is a nationally recognized 16-hour certification registered with the National Restaurant Association. It provides a 5-year certification upon successfully passing on-site exam. The training is for managers in all areas of food service operations. Class fee is $150, includes course book, food thermometer, exam and program materials/handouts.
