Join CCE Nutrition Educator, Ann Supa, for an engaging workshop on mastering the art of sourdough on Thursday, April 24th from 5:30 PM -7:00 PM at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market Commercial Kitchen!

During this interactive session, participants will delve into the fundamentals of working with sourdough starter. From exploring essential ingredients to uncovering handy tools and insider tips, you'll gain invaluable knowledge to kickstart your sourdough journey. Plus, take home your very own sourdough starter and a tried-and-tested sourdough cracker recipe to continue your culinary adventures.

Attendees must be a minimum of 14 years old.
Closed-toed shoes are required.
