You will learn the essentials of making an easy, egg-based pasta dough, how to sheet the dough, and how to cut it into ricotta-filled ravioli. Enjoy a taste of pea & ricotta ravioli with lemon & herb brown butter sauce as you embark on the journey of making your own. You will review ingredients, tips & tricks during the mixing and sheeting steps, and learn about the endless possibilities you can make from a pasta sheet. You will go home with fresh-made raviolis, sheeted and unsheeted pasta dough, and a recipe.
