Spring Pea & Ricotta Ravioli Workshop - April 2025

Learn the art of making fresh ricotta ravioli with the taste of spring! Join Amy Wieber, chef and owner of Flaming Bag Catering, on Wednesday, a April 16th from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM as she guides you in mastering the art of making fresh ravioli from scratch.

You will learn the essentials of making an easy, egg-based pasta dough, how to sheet the dough, and how to cut it into ricotta-filled ravioli. Enjoy a taste of pea & ricotta ravioli with lemon & herb brown butter sauce as you embark on the journey of making your own. You will review ingredients, tips & tricks during the mixing and sheeting steps, and learn about the endless possibilities you can make from a pasta sheet. You will go home with fresh-made raviolis, sheeted and unsheeted pasta dough, and a recipe.

Requirements:

  • Attendees must be a minimum of 14 years old.
  • Closed-toed shoes are required.
