Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of the SUNY Morrisville Equine Rehabilitation Center, one of the few specialized equine rehabilitation facilities in the Northeast. This unique opportunity will give 4-H members an inside look at how modern rehabilitation therapies support equine health, soundness, and recovery from injury.

Depending on the patients scheduled on the day of our visit, 4-H’ers may observe a variety of advanced rehabilitation tools in action, such as the underwater treadmill, equine swimming programs, vibration plate therapy, MagnaWave (pulsed electromagnetic field therapy), and other specialized equipment.

This tour is ideal for youth interested in equine science, veterinary medicine, or horse management, and it offers valuable real-world insight into careers and technologies used in the equine industry today. Please note that specific demonstrations will depend on the horses being treated at the time of the visit.
