This workshop helps youth turn their business idea into an action plan. Youth will create a realistic production schedule to reach their inventory goal by market day, including weekly targets, supply planning, and a back-up plan for common challenges (running out of supplies, losing a week to activities, etc.). We’ll use fun, interactive activities to practice pitching their plan, problem-solving “what if” scenarios, and learning from each other’s ideas. Youth will complete interactive planning activities and receive a short 1-on-2 check-in with staff for feedback and next steps.
