Chicken BBQ Workshop Come learn the techniques of proper chicken barbeque. This would be a great workshop for those working on market poultry, though all 4-H'ers are welcome to attend. Kids will learn how to start a charcoal fire, prepare a simple sauce, and how to safely cook chicken. This workshop will be a great lead-in to the New York State 4-H Chicken Barbeque Contest held at the state fair. The first 15 families to register will win a meat thermometer (1 per family)!
