DESCRIPTION:Come learn the techniques of proper chicken barbeque. This would be a great workshop for those working on market poultry, though all 4-H'ers are welcome to attend. Kids will learn how to start a charcoal fire, prepare a simple sauce, and how to safely cook chicken.
