Learn to make fresh pasta with Amy Wieber, owner of Flaming Bag Catering, on Tuesday, Oct 8th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market Commercial Kitchen!
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the essentials of making an easy, egg-based pasta dough and how to turn it into fettuccine or spaghetti. We will review ingredients, tips & tricks during the mixing and sheeting steps, and learn about the endless possibilities you can make from a pasta sheet. You will go home with fresh cut pasta, sheeted and unsheeted pasta dough, and a recipe. You are welcome to bring your own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy.
