Learn how to make fresh mozzarella from scratch with Ann, our CCE Nutrition Educator, on Monday, Oct 7th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market Commercial Kitchen!
Together you will create and form delicious, homemade mozzarella step-by-step. You’ll have a warm, fresh cheese with a rich, creamy taste unlike any other to take home with you, along with the secret ingredient to make more. This class includes a cheese tasting. You are welcome to bring your own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy.
