Join us in the 4-H Youth Building at the Broome County Fair for STEAM Day on Friday, July 31st!

11:00am - Lego Build Challenge - Put your building skills to the test! Participants will receive a special theme and challenge rules before designing and constructing their own LEGO creation. Projects will be judged on creativity, design, and how well they fit the challenge theme. There will be prizes!

2:00pm - Paper Airplane Flying Contest - Design, build, and compete! Participants can explore different airplane designs from our flight guidebooks and use our paper airplane kits to create their best flyer before competing for distance and performance. There will be prizes!

3:00pm - Bristle Bot Workshop - Create your own miniature robot using a toothbrush head, battery, and motor. Then personalize your Bristle Bot with eyes, antennae, legs, and decorations before racing, exploring mazes, and testing your design against others. Take your bot home with you!
