Mammals Up Close at the GFJ Library (1st-3rd grade)

Thursday, July 23, 2026, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Kids entering grades 1-3 can join CCE Nature Educator Carolyn Klein for a program focused on mammals and their strong senses of smell! We will learn about mammal adaptations using real mounted animals and furs. Then, we will play an interactive game simulating the way that mammal parents living in big herds can identify their babies by their unique smells.
