Join us for an interactive visit to Quail’s Custom Meats for a behind-the-scenes look at the meat processing industry. Youth will tour the facility and learn how livestock are processed from harvest to finished product, while building their skills in meat identification by exploring carcass composition and recognizing primal and retail cuts. This hands-on experience connects animal science concepts to real-world applications in agriculture and the food system.

This class counts as one approved educational program toward the Livestock Auction requirements.
