Hay Forage Analysis Workshop

Wednesday, February 18th 5:30 p.m.

Cornell Cooperative Extension Broome County Office
840 Front St #2, Binghamton, NY 13905

Join us for a Hay Forage Analysis Workshop designed for farmers raising all species from dairy and beef to sheep, goats, horses, and more. We are collaborating with Laynee Glezen from Poulin Grain feed company to learn how to read and interpret a forage analysis, including key values like protein, energy, and fiber, and how to use those results to make smarter feeding decisions. We will discuss how a forage analysis helps determine what to feed your animals, when supplementation is needed, and how those results connect to Poulin Grain products and services. Farmers will leave with practical, real-world tools to improve animal performance while managing feed costs more effectively.

The first 3 registrants will receive a complementary farm visit, diet balancing, and hay analysis with Laynee from Poulin Grain! We will use these hay forage analyses as examples for the program.
