Members will learn the basics of operating a sewing machine while creating their own stitch sampler book. They will then move on to sewing a pillowcase to take home.  This is the first in a short series of classes and the sampler book will be added to at each meeting as new skills are learned.

For this class, supplies needed are:

  • ¾ of a yard of one fabric of your choosing
  • ¼ of a yard of material of a complimentary pattern. (If a member would like to keep their project easy and straightforward, simply one yard of a single material would be fine.)
