Composting 101

Curious about composting but not sure where to start? Join CCE-Broome on September 24th from 6:00 to 7:00 PM for "Composting 101," an interactive workshop where you'll discover the science behind composting, explore different approaches, and learn how composting reduces waste and enriches soil. Beginners looking to kickstart their composting journey and current composters hoping to improve their skills are both encouraged to join!

This hands-on workshop is FREE thanks to funding provided by the Broome County Division of Solid Waste Management with additional funding by the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation.

Any youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
