Join Ann, our CCE Nutrition Educator, on Monday, June 17th, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market Commercial Kitchen for a hands-on canning workshop!

With summer's bounty just around the corner, discover the secrets of crafting delicious strawberry jam using both the hot water bath and freezer jam methods. Explore essential equipment and maintenance tips to keep your canning endeavors running smoothly. You'll leave with recipes, invaluable food preparation skills, and a sample of your delicious homemade strawberry jam.

Participants are welcome to bring their own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy during the workshop.

Please note, all attendees must wear closed-toed shoes to participate.

Tickets are $40 per person. Tickets may only be purchased directly from the CCE Broome County Shopify page. Personal sales and resales are not permitted or honored.

All attendees must bring proof of their registration to the workshop. This includes providing your "Order Number" or "Confirmation Code" received upon purchasing your ticket through Shopify. This will be required to participate in the workshop, so please ensure you have this information prepared beforehand.

Refunds are granted if we are notified at least 72 hours in advance that you cannot attend.
