Learn techniques to make fresh gnocchi from scratch with Amy Wieber, owner of Flaming Bag Catering, on Tuesday, May 28th from 5:30pm - 7:30pm at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market Commercial Kitchen!

In this hands-on workshop, Amy will guide you through every step of the gnocchi-making process, from selecting the perfect potatoes to achieving that ideal balance of lightness and texture.

Participants will roll up their sleeves and dive into the process of preparing the dough, ensuring the right balance of ingredients and achieving the ideal texture. Next, we will explore various shaping techniques to give gnocchi their characteristic ridges, allowing them to hold onto sauces and elevate the dining experience.

Finally, it's time to put your newfound skills into action as you craft your very own batch of gnocchi from scratch. Throughout the workshop, Amy will share her invaluable tips and tricks to ensure your gnocchi-making experience is both educational and delicious!

All attendees must wear closed toe shoes in order to participate.

Participants are welcome to bring their own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy.

Tickets are $50 per person. Tickets may only be purchased directly from the CCE Broome County Shopify page. Personal sales and resales are not permitted or honored.

All attendees must bring proof of their registration to the workshop. This includes providing your "Order Number" or "Confirmation Code" received upon purchasing your ticket through Shopify. This will be required to participate in the workshop, so please ensure you have this information prepared beforehand.

Refunds are granted if we are notified at least 72 hours in advance that you cannot attend.
