4-H SPARK Club: A Bug's Life

An immersive program for young nature enthusiasts to explore the interconnected world of composting and beneficial insects. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of composting and acquire practical skills to create nutrient-rich compost at home or in community gardens. This hands-on exploration also encourages participants to embrace the vital roles bugs play in our ecosystem, from aiding composting processes to acting as natural allies in sustainable agriculture and maintaining ecological balance.

When: March 27th, 5:30pm- 7:00pm

Where: CCE Auditorium

This program is for Broome County 4-H members of all ages. Youth must be accompanied by an adult.
