Learn advanced techniques to make fresh, hand cut pasta with Amy Wieber from Flaming Bag Catering!

In this hands-on workshop, you will learn to how to make 3 hand cut pastas: farfalle, cavatelli, and orecchiette.

You will start by learning the essentials of making an easy, egg-based pasta dough, methods for sheeting the pasta, and trips & tricks to fix your dough during the pasta making process. You will go home with your hand cut pasta, sheeted and unsheeted pasta dough, and a recipe.

All attendees must wear closed toe shoes in order to participate.

Participants are welcome to bring their own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy.

Tickets may only be purchased directly from the CCE Broome County Shopify page. Personal sales and resales are not permitted or honored. Refunds are granted if we are notified at least 72 hours in advance that you cannot attend.
