Intro to Pasta Making Workshop

Learn how to make fresh pasta with Amy Wieber from Flaming Bag Catering! 

In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the essentials of making an easy, egg-based pasta dough and how to turn it into fettuccine or spaghetti. 

We will review ingredients, tips and tricks during the mixing and sheeting steps, and learn about the endless possibilities you can make from a pasta sheet. You will go home with fresh cut pasta, sheeted and unsheeted pasta dough, and a recipe. 

All attendees must wear closed toe shoes in order to participate. 

Participants are welcome to bring their own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy. 

Tickets may only be purchased directly from the CCE Broome County Shopify page. Personal sales and resales are not permitted or honored. Refunds are granted if we are notified at least 72 hours in advance that you cannot attend.
