4-H Livestock Market Program: Bovine Injection Simulator

Thursday, February 8, 2024, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

At this Livestock Market Program youth will learn how to administer injections with our regional dairy specialist Betsy Hicks. Betsy will bring the bovine injection simulator from Cornell University to provide youth with a realistic hands-on experience. Youth will also learn how to read labels on medicine bottles and what to look for before injecting an animal.
