Learn how to make fresh mozzarella from scratch with Ann, our CCE Nutrition Educator, at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market Commercial Kitchen on Monday, January 22nd from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
Together you will create and form delicious, homemade mozzarella step-by-step. You’ll have a warm, fresh cheese with a rich, creamy taste unlike any other to take home with you, along with the secret ingredient to make more. The class includes a cheese tasting. You are welcome to bring your own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy.
$40 per person
