Learn advanced techniques to make fresh, hand cut pasta with Amy Wieber from Flaming Bag Catering!
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn to how to make 3 hand cut pastas: farfalle, cavatelli, and orecchiette. You will start by learning the essentials of making an easy, egg-based pasta dough, methods for sheeting the pasta, and trips & tricks to fix your dough during the pasta making process. You will go home with your hand cut pasta, sheeted and unsheeted pasta dough, and a recipe.Participants are welcome to bring their own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy. All attendees must wear closed toe shoes in order to participate.
This workshop will take place at theĀ Broome County Regional Farmers Market Commercial Kitchen on Monday, December 18th at 5:30pm - 7:30pm.
