Our most popular class! We're offering this second workshop for all of the cheese lovers out there.
Learn how to make fresh mozzarella from scratch with Ann, our CCE Nutrition Educator, at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market Commercial Kitchen on Monday, October 23rd from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.
Together you will create and form delicious, homemade mozzarella step-by-step. You’ll have a warm, fresh cheese with a rich, creamy taste unlike any other to take home with you, along with the secret ingredient to make more. The class includes a cheese tasting. Please bring your own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy.
$40 per person
Closed-toed shoes are required to participate.
Refunds are granted if we are notified at least 72 hours in advance of the class that you cannot attend.
