Come one, come all to the Frog and Toad Jumping Contests! Feisty frogs and terrific toads will compete in these fun-filled, family-friendly events! Come to compete, or to cheer on your favorite contestant. All frogs and toads MUST be collected at the park on the day of the event and must be released at the site of capture when finished competing.
If you have a net and container, be sure to bring these along as we have limited containers available. Please choose which session you'd like to attend.
Sessions will be held at Nathaniel Cole Park on 7/19 and at Greenwood Park 8/10 with session from 10:00 am - 11:30 am, 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm, and 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm. The first hour of each session we will use our nets and containers to catch our frogs and the last half hour of the session will be the contest.
Registrations are highly encouraged but walk-ins are welcome.
