Broome County Veterans: Learn to Cook with Spices!

Attention Broome County Veterans: Join chef Chantay Skrine from Sweetay's, LLC for a spicy class! We will discover the history of spices in cooking, and learn the taste and culinary differences related to grinding versus toasting whole spices for added flavor in your dishes. We will also learn how to create your own blend to fit your taste. You will bring home what you make. A partner, spouse, or family member is able to attend with the veteran.
This class will take place inside the Broome County Regional Farmers Market kitchen on July 19th starting at 5:30pm. Pre-registration is required.
