Join the CCE of Broome County for guided nature tours on kayak or canoe on Whitney Point Lake at Dorchester Park! We will discuss flora and fauna of the lake, local history of the site, and more.

Participants are welcome to bring their own kayak or canoe, or rentals are available on-site (kayaks $8/hr, canoes $5/hr). Space on each tour is limited and spots will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Youth under the age of 12 must be in a boat with an adult, and youth under 5 are unfortunately not permitted. PFD's must be worn at all times and will be available on-site.

Once an inquiry is received a CCE nature educator will be in contact to confirm registration. We will do our best to accommodate as many inquiries as possible. Once all slots are filled further inquiries can be placed on a wait-list in the event of a cancellation. 

Fee

Free of Charge with personal boat. Kayak rental - $8/hr. Canoe rental - $5/hr.
