Farm Tour Series-Shepard's Way Farm

Our next stop on our Farm Tour Series is Shepard's Way Farm located in Locke, NY is owned by Dave and Sally Galton. Dave taught dairy science a Cornell University for over 33 years. Since finishing up his teaching career he has taken on the difficult task of sheep and goat farming. Shepard's Way owns some of the most advanced goat and sheep milking and monitoring equipment and houses around 25% of the total milking sheep population in the country (over 2,100!).
