Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County has a long history of offering strength based curriculum and trainings focused on strong families in our community. We have partnerships with a variety of community agencies to provide these services, including: Town of Union (for parenting classes at the Family Education Center), Fairview Recovery Center and Department of Social Services (for mandated parenting) . These are offered through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, etc..
Although Cornell Cooperative Extension is not holding group parenting classes due to Covid-19 we will be available by phone for any questions and online classes for parenting. Please call 584-5018 and leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. In the meantime we will be updating this page on a regular basis with resources that will help parents navigate during this difficult time.
