4-H Livestock Market Program: Quails Custom Meats Tour & Meat ID

Saturday, March 23, 2024, 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM

This is for meeting is for livestock market program members. The first hour will be identifying and learning about different meat cuts, the second half we will be touring Quails Custom Meat processing plant. Learning about the different equipment used to process animals and the procedures they take.
