Fresh Mozzarella Workshop

Learn how to make fresh mozzarella from scratch with Ann, our CCE Nutrition Educator! 

Together we will create and form delicious, homemade mozzarella step-by-step. You’ll have a warm, fresh cheese with a rich, creamy taste unlike any other to take home with you, along with the secret ingredient to make more. 

The class includes a cheese tasting. Participants are welcome to bring their own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy. 

Tickets may only be purchased directly from the CCE Broome County Shopify page. Personal sales and resales are not permitted or honored. Refunds are granted if we are notified at least 72 hours in advance that you cannot attend.
