4-H SPARK Club: Dog Training Basics

Come learn the basics of dog training, with YOUR 4-H Registered Dog. For this program there are specific guidelines/requirements that are required to attend. Please see requirements below.

Youth and Dogs must be registered by 4/7/22 to participate in the program.

YOUTH REQUIREMENTS:

DOG REQUIRMENTS:

  • All dogs that attend need to be registered.
  • Dogs must be 6 months or older.
  • Must send in a Vet Certificate with proof of current rabies vaccination, distemper vaccination, and hepatitis vaccination.
  • Dogs need to be on a flea control treatment – youth must show receipt of purchase.
  • Dogs need to be licensed with your town/village and provide a copy of license.
  • HIGHLY ENCOURAGED, but Optional – Leptospirosis, Lyme and Kennel Cough vaccination.
