Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County offers workshops, tours, site visits and other educational programs for private forest owners interested in timber production, wildlife management, and related topics.

Master Forest Owner (MFO) Landowner Visits 

Master Forest Owner (MFO) volunteers are graduates of a 4-day training program where they learn about timber and wildlife management, forest economics, and ecology. MFO volunteers conduct free site visits for landowners with five or more acres of forestland.
