Many of you know and love her fresh pasta classes - now Join Amy Wieber, chef & owner of Flaming Bag Catering, and learn how to make sauces to go with it!
This class is an ode to the tomato in its raw and roasted forms. Participants will learn how to make 2 sauces. First, is the fan favorite Flaming Bag Roasted Tomato Vodka Sauce that pairs perfectly with any pasta. You will also learn how to put together their craveable and versatile Bruschetta Sauce that celebrates the tomato in its raw beauty. The hands-on workshop will conclude with sitting down and sharing a pasta dinner of freshly made fettuccine and cavatelli with the freshly made vodka sauce. Participants will go home with one sauce enjoy.
