4-H Dog Program: Dog Handling Class 2

  • Monday, June 10, 2024, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Mary Cummings will be returning to teach our 4-H'ers dog handling skills in preparation for showing at the Broome County Fair. This class will build on what we've learned in Dog Handling Class I. We will have limited openings for participation in this class, but all those who wish to audit are welcome. Preference for participation will be given to 4-H'ers who are planning to show at the Broome County Fair.

  • Each dog/4-H'er pair must be assisted by a parent!
  • Dogs must have proof of a valid and current rabies vaccination.
  • Date: Monday, May 6, 2024
  • Time: 5:30 pm- 7:30 pm
  • Where: Livestock Arena, Broome County Fairgrounds
    • 2923 Route 11, Whitney Point, NY 13862
  • Who: This program is for Broome County 4-H members of all ages.
