4-H Education Center at Finch Hollow

Winter 2018 Hours

The 4-H Education Center Building at Finch Hollow is located at 1394 Oakdale Rd in Johnson City, NY. The building will be closed to the public January, February and March. Even though the building is closed, trails are open daily, during daylight hours, year round

We offer public programs for Families, and Senior Citizens. Throughout the school year we offer field trips for schools with children of all ages!

Family Programs

All family programs cost $3.00 per person (children and adults) and registration is required. Registration can be completed by signing up online or calling 607-729-4231 and leaving a message.

May 29th "Full Moon Walk" 7:45-8:45pm.

Come and experience Finch Hollow by the light of the moon. 

June 9th "Beavers" 10:00-11:00am.

Learn about the New York State mammal and make a craft to take home.

Senior Brown Bag Lunch

This program is for people 50 years old and up. Bring your lunch and spend 30 minutes socializing with friends then spend an hour learning! Programs are free but registration is required. Registration can be completed by calling 607-772-8953. Programs take place at 840 Upper Front St Binghamton, NY 13905, in the Taste NY building.
