Each year Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County hosts a friendly competition of local restaurants. Chefs will create fabulous dishes using local ingredients and locally grown products.Local dignitaries serve as culinary judges and participants vote for their favorites.
Our programs address critical issues in Broome County. The money raised through fundraisers, donations and grants offset our operating expenses, including the program operations of 4-H Youth Development, Agriculture, Horticulture, Nutrition, EconomicDevelopment, Energy and the Environment.
