The Free Market Swap is an event that helps connect individuals to home goods they need. Participants can bring home items like books, baskets, lamps, kitchen supplies and similar items and other participants can take them for free. Reuse helps keep waste out of the landfill, conserve natural resources, and helps save dollars.

A list of acceptable and non-acceptable items are listed below. All items can be dropped off during the event which is located inside the 85 Walnut St Community Center. Please make sure that all items brought are usable and clean.

Items that remain at the end of the event will be donated to Thrifty Shopper.

Acceptable Items:
• Picture Frames
• Baskets
• Flower Pots
• Books
• Kitchen Supplies
• Sporting Goods
• Games
• Gently Used Toys
• Other similar items

Do Not Bring
• Broken, Damaged, or Dirty Items
• Electronics
• Stuffed Animals
• Large Furniture
• Open/Used Personal Care Items
• Sharp Knives
• Textiles

Parking is available in a lot next to the 85 Walnut Street Community Center. Ramp access is located on the north side of the building.
