Cleaning, Sanitizing & Hygienic Design

The Institute for Food Safety at Cornell University, the University of Vermont and CCE Broome are hosting a workshop on Cleaning, Sanitizing & Hygienic Design. This one-day workshop will include:

- a brief review of produce safety
- Presentations focused on cleaning, sanitizing & drying best practices
- An introduction to hygienic design
- Several hands-on exercises to reinforce cleaning, sanitizing & hygienic design practices

Lunch will be provided as part of registration. Registration is limited to 30 participants, but a minimum of 15 are required to run the training.
