Clyde Van Dyke, 4-H National Youth in Action Winner 2019, to speak

On September 12th, Clyde Van Dyke, the 4-H National Youth in Action 2019 Winner, will be presenting to the Coordinating Council to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), in Washington, D.C. He will be sharing his 4-H experience with the 4-H Tech Wizards mentoring program, funded by OJJDP, has helped him develop and earned him a $10K scholarship from National 4-H Council and his sponsor HughesNet. This advisory committee is chaired by the US Attorney General and members are US Department Secretaries, the Administrator of OJJDP, the Director of National Drug Control Policy, CEO of the Corporation for National and Community Service, the Assistant Secretary for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Department of Homeland Security, and representatives from Departments of Agriculture, Defense, Interior, and Health and Human Services' Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
