With the abundance of summer just around the corner, come learn the proper techniques for canning strawberry jam using the hot water bath and freezer jam methods. See what types of equipment and maintenance are required to keep them working properly. You will receive recipes, learn food preparation techniques, and bring home a sample of your very own strawberry jam. Participants are welcome to bring their own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy.
